1. The service
Autapture helps you capture, annotate, save, and export screenshots in your browser. It is provided free of charge. We may change, improve, pause, or discontinue parts of Autapture as it develops.
2. Your permission to use Autapture
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use Autapture for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the extension, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass its safeguards, or use it in a way that infringes someone else's rights.
3. Your captures and content
You remain responsible for the screenshots, notes, and other material you capture or export. Make sure you have the right to capture, store, and share that material, and avoid exposing personal, confidential, or sensitive information unless you are permitted to do so.
4. Privacy and browser permissions
Autapture is designed to keep your captures and history on your device. The browser permissions it requests are used to provide its features. Please read the Privacy Policy for more detail.
5. Availability and updates
Autapture is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You are responsible for keeping copies of anything important to you.
6. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Autapture is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from your use of the extension.
7. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights that cannot be removed or limited under applicable law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when Autapture changes or when the law requires it. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use Autapture after an update means you accept the revised terms.
